Share this job as a link in your status update to Linked In.Location Category Senior Job Type Full-time Working Days Job Description The Senior Landscape Architect works under the technical direction of the site Resident Engineer at the assigned construction site to assist in the supervision of the site Landscape Works, review and approval of material submittals, shop drawings and construction methods.Supervisory Responsibilities Supervises and reviews the technical work related to Landscape Works in coordination with the Resident Engineer.Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.Review and assure that site setting out and grading are in line with design intent.Review and Approve Contractor’s Landscape (Hardscape/ Softscape), Finishing works related material submittals, shop drawings, RFIs and Method Statements.Supervise and inspect the Contractor's work in their respective discipline, as assigned by the RE and take responsibility for the quality control and inspection thereof.Be aware and vigilant of landscape activities at site.Ensure Inspection Requests Submissions for all the completed works.Inspect Material deliveries to site for conformance with approved ones and quantity as well.Check for Non- Conformance Works performed by contractor, report, and issue notice to contractor.Issue Site/ Field Instructions whenever required.Review Contractor’s Joint Measurement Sheets for the quantity and certify for payment to contractor with QS.Monitor and report on the Contractor's progress on a regular basis to the RE.Inspect Mockups upon preparation in co-ordination with RE, PM and Client.Attend Meetings as required and conduct technical works as required to resolve design issues.Ensure correctness and completeness of As Built drawings.Prepare and Update the Snag list on regular basis.Assist in Close-out and Handover of the project.Perform other duties as assigned by the REJob Requirements Bachelor’s degree in landscape engineering or a related field.Minimum 10 years of experience in the related field.Proficient in computer, Auto CAD, Adobe Photoshop, Sketch Up, or other relevant software such as Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point.Previous experience in construction management or a similar role is preferred.Strong knowledge of construction practices, codes, and regulations.Proficiency in project management software and tools.Excellent communication and teamwork skills. #J-18808-Ljbffr
