The Medical Director oversees multidisciplinary professionals, including clinical dietitians, physical therapists, meditation coaches, nutrition researchers, medical research assistants, lab managers, and lab technicians.Key Responsibilities : Oversee clinical operations and ensure patient-centered care aligns with the clinic's wellness and research objectives.Develop, implement, and maintain evidence-based clinical protocols and best practices.Ensure compliance with Abu Dhabi Department of Health (DOH) regulations and accreditation standards.Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary team, including healthcare and research professionals.Manage budgets, resource allocation, and operational efficiencies within clinical services.Align clinical services with advancements in nutrition, rehabilitation, and holistic wellness.Represent the clinic in regulatory, professional, and stakeholder engagements.Qualifications and Experience : Medical Degree (MD or equivalent) with board certification in a relevant specialty.Minimum 8 years of clinical experience, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role.Strong knowledge of DOH healthcare regulations and accreditation standards.Experience leading multidisciplinary teams in a clinical or wellness setting.Proficiency in operational management, budgeting, and quality assurance.Working Conditions & Travel Requirements : Primarily based in the clinic , with some external engagements related to regulatory and professional activities.Occasional travel may be required for conferences, training, or strategic partnerships.Seniority level Seniority level Director Employment type Employment type Full-time Job function Job function Health Care Provider Executive Search Services Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at Executive Search by MS
