Specification Manager

To lead and manage the specification process and provide timely support to the Sales & Marketing team. This includes effective coordination with Projects, Specifiers, Consultants, and Architects to ensure the Albaddad product range is specified and included in vendor lists for upcoming projects.Key Responsibilities1. Strategic Support Assist the Head of Department with short- and long-term planning to ensure alignment with the company’s mission and vision.2. Specifications Management Support Sales in getting Albaddad products specified and approved for new projects.Facilitate the approval process by coordinating with Specifiers, Consultants, and Architects on-site.Promote Al Baddads product range and secure technical approvals from clients and projects.Respond promptly to client inquiries and maintain strong customer relationships.Engage with Commercial/Technical Contractors to secure product approvals.Ensure technical compliance by coordinating with government bodies, institutions, and design consultants.Monitor industry trends and coordinate with the Marketing team to participate in relevant conferences and seminars.3. Reporting Prepare weekly/monthly status reports and present findings and recommendations to the Head of Department.Take corrective actions based on report feedback.Motivate the team to achieve or exceed sales and specification targets.Manage team performance, conduct evaluations, and provide career guidance.Identify training needs and communicate them to Management or Human Capital departments.Scope: Responsible for specification activities within assigned sectors, with cross-functional collaboration.Financial Responsibility: No direct financial accountability, but contributes to planning and budgeting in specifications.Environment: Travel required for seminars, events, and client meetings.
