Management Trainee (Chemical/Mechanical Engineer)Job Openings Management Trainee (Chemical/Mechanical Engineer)About the job Management Trainee (Chemical/Mechanical Engineer)Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Management Trainee with a background in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering to join our Oil & Gas EPC client in Abu Dhabi.As a Management Trainee, you will be provided with a comprehensive training program to develop your skills and knowledge in various areas of the business, including operations, project management, and client relations.Should be a fresh graduate (Chemical/Mechanical engineers only)from any of the leading universities in the United Arab Emirates.Key Responsibilities: - Participate in a structured training program to gain a thorough understanding of our company, industry, and business operations- Learn and apply various engineering principles and techniques to assist in the development and implementation of projects- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support project planning, execution, and delivery- Assist in conducting research and analysis to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness- Gain hands-on experience in various aspects of project management, including budgeting, scheduling, and risk management- Develop strong relationships with clients and provide exceptional customer service to ensure their satisfaction- Stay updated on industry trends and developments to contribute to the continuous improvement of our processes and services- Take on additional responsibilities and projects as assigned by your supervisor to further develop your skills and knowledge.Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering from any of the leading universities in the United Arab Emirates.- Strong academic background with a minimum GPA of 3.0- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to work independently and in a team environment- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software- Willingness to learn and take on new challenges- Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and tasks.- Competitive salary and benefits package- Comprehensive training and development opportunities- Exposure to a variety of projects and industries- Opportunity for career advancement and growth within the company- Dynamic and collaborative work environment. #J-18808-Ljbffr
