Financial Analyst

Financial Analyst will support investment decisions by conducting financial analysis, market research, and performance evaluations. This role holder will have a strong understanding of financial modelling, valuation methods, and industry trends to drive data-driven investment strategies.Responsibilities: Financial Analysis & Modelling• Develop and maintain financial models for investments, acquisitions, and developments.• Conduct discounted cash flow (DCF), IRR, NPV, ROI, and other valuation analyses.• Assess capital structures and financing options for investment transactions.Market Research & Investment Strategy• Perform market research to evaluate investment opportunities.• Analyze economic trends, interest rates, and regulatory changes affecting the specific industry/sector.• Provide strategic insights to support investment decisions and risk assessments.Due Diligence & Risk Assessment• Assist in due diligence for acquisitions, mergers, and joint ventures.• Identify investment risks and recommend mitigation strategies.Reporting & Presentation• Prepare investment memos, presentations, and reports for senior management.• Monitor asset performance and provide recommendations for optimization.• Collaborate with finance, legal, and asset management teams to support decision-making.Experience: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field.Five plus years of experience in Big 4 Transaction Services.Experience in Financial services, REITs, private equity, or asset management is a plus.Key skills: Market Research - Ability to assess industry trends.Excel & Financial Software – Advanced Excel skills for financial modeling, scenario analysis, and data visualization.Data Visualization & Reporting – Ability to create presentations and reports using Power BI, Tableau, or Excel dashboards.Risk Analysis – Ability to evaluate market risks, tenant credit risks, and financial risks in transactions.Legal & Regulatory Knowledge – Familiarity with zoning laws, tax implications, and compliance issues affecting investments.Presentation & Report Writing – Ability to present financial analysis and investment insights to executives and investors.Attention to Detail – Strong ability to analyze complex financial documents and identify key insights.Problem-Solving – Ability to assess challenges in industry investments and recommend solutions.CFA or CPA Certification – A plus for advanced financial expertise. #J-18808-Ljbffr
