Job Purpose: The candidate will work on support of large enterprise IT ecosystem including but not limited to Active directory, Office 365, Antivirus/Antimalware, Patch Management, Unified Endpoint Management solutions, Spam Filter, Privilege Access Management, EDR, SIEM other relevant security/productive applications. This individual will be responsible for effective provisioning, installation/configuration and monitoring of systems, hardware, network, and software as part of project and support activities.Roles and Responsibilities: 1: Business Performance Should be team-orientated, with technical and analytical skills to maintain the availability of systems and processes.Attends training to develop relevant knowledge, techniques, and skills.Attend and actively contribute at team meetings.To find efficiency in implementing Green IT practices for all IT equipment and devices across sites under scope of supervision. Review IT products and processes to improve their energy efficiency, maximize their use, minimize their carbon footprint, and meet Green IT policy requirements. This includes configuring systems policies and managing installation, maintenance, and disposal of old devices in an environmentally friend’s manner.Incorporate standardization in IT infrastructure services as per IT Service Management standards and corporate best practices for all services assigned from the IT Service catalogue.To implement controls required by Federal or Local Government Laws & Regulations.To comply with company policies and procedures To comply with data security measures as per information security policies and procedures2: Customers and Partner Relations Listen promptly and patiently to user requests and complaints.Ensure and maintain effective working relationships with all internal divisions and customers as well.Monitor logs, analyze, notify, and guide company admin on alert resolution.Conduct frequent end user training to boost productivity and security awareness within the organization.3: People Management1: Business Performance Should be team-orientated, with technical and analytical skills to maintain the availability of systems and processes.Attends training to develop relevant knowledge, techniques, and skills.Attend and actively contribute at team meetings.To find efficiency in implementing Green IT practices for all IT equipment and devices across sites under scope of supervision. This includes configuring systems policies and managing installation, maintenance, and disposal of old devices in an environmentally friend’s manner.Incorporate standardization in IT infrastructure services as per IT Service Management standards and corporate best practices for all services assigned from the IT Service catalogue.To implement controls required by Federal or Local Government Laws & Regulations.To comply with company policies and procedures To comply with data security measures as per information security policies and procedures2: Customers and Partner Relations Listen promptly and patiently to user requests and complaints.Ensure and maintain effective working relationships with all internal divisions and customers as well.Monitor logs, analyze, notify, and guide company admin on alert resolution.Conduct frequent end user training to boost productivity and security awareness within the organization.3: People Management Participate in security related activities and upgrades.Provide escalation support for Office 365 security monitoring activities.Coordinate with the group IT administrators and vendors related to implementation and support.Complete the assigned tasks independently if required, coordinate with other team members/ vendors/ customers to complete the task.Support the security administrator in implementing the security policies and procedures within the currently assigned projects.Daily, weekly, monthly monitoring of logs generated by the servers and cloud applications.Report security incidents and ensure effective resolution is provided in a timely manner.Maintain accuracy and regularity of completion of internal process documentation.Ensure systems are patched and updates are applied in a systemic and consistent manner by using relevant patch management solutions.Comply with company policies and procedures and maintain up to date documentation of all system configurations, approvals, user manuals etc.Shall work on newly areas officially designated by the Assistant NOC Manager or NOC Manager.4: Leadership/Innovation Assist and support colleagues in day-to-day system functions and processes and provide a general orientation on routine procedures.Suggest tools which will enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of administrative functions and system processes and procedures.Guide and inform or train colleagues on aspects related to development and system processes.Manage personal time schedule and productivity.Education Qualification and Experience: A university degree or equivalent Minimum 3 years’ experience in Windows Server, Active Directory, Office 365, Database Server, Azure Cloud.Hands-on experience with Sophos Endpoint protection, endpoint management tools, .Excellent trouble shooting and triaging skills.Ability to work in a team and manage customer (end user expectations).Fluent in verbal & written communication in English language required. #J-18808-Ljbffr
