We are looking to hire an experienced and results-driven Project Manager with expertise in ISO 9001: 2015 to lead the planning, implementation, and ongoing management of our Quality Management System (QMS). The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of ISO 9001: 2015 standards, experience in internal and external audits, and the capability to drive continuous improvement across the organization, for our client-based Dubai, which is one of the largest companies in the region.This position is a contract role with an initial duration of 3 months.We are looking for a passionate Project Manager who will be responsible for the planning, implementation, and maintenance of our Quality Management System (QMS) with a deep understanding of ISO 9001: 2015 standards.Key responsibilities: Lead the planning, implementation, certification, and continual improvement of ISO 9001: 2015 Quality Management System.Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with QMS requirements across all departments.Conduct gap analyses and risk assessments to identify areas of improvement.Develop, revise, and maintain QMS documentation including policies, procedures, SOPs, and work instructions.Plan and conduct internal audits; manage audit schedules, non-conformities, corrective actions, and follow-ups.Serve as the main point of contact for external certification bodies and coordinate certification and surveillance audits.Facilitate training sessions and awareness programs on QMS and ISO standards for internal teams.Monitor KPIs and quality objectives; provide regular updates and reports to senior management.Ensure alignment of QMS with business goals and regulatory requirements.Lead root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives.Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Quality, Business Management, or a related field.5–8 years of hands-on experience in implementing and managing ISO 9001: 2015 standards.Certified Internal Auditor / Lead Auditor for ISO 9001: 2015 (preferred).Strong knowledge of QMS principles, risk-based thinking.Proven track record of leading successful ISO certification projects.Excellent project management, communication, and analytical skills.Ability to work independently and collaborate with multiple stakeholders.Availability: Preference will be given to candidates available immediately or a maximum 30 days after accepting the offer.We are looking for a candidate who will be able to work in United Arab Emirates.
