Estimation Engineer - Pre Tender

Diploma (Civil), Bachelor of Technology/Engineering (Civil)Nationality: Any Vacancy: 1 Vacancy Job Description Quantity takeoff, Cost Estimation and tender submission.Conduct thorough analysis of project specifications and documents to prepare accurate cost estimates.Collaborate with project managers and engineers to gather insights and data essential for estimation.Utilize advanced estimation software and tools to generate detailed bid proposals.Evaluate and assess risks associated with various project components to provide informed estimates.Stay updated with market trends and material costs to ensure competitive and realistic pricing.Prepare and present cost breakdowns and justification reports to stakeholders for review.Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to obtain competitive pricing and secure commitments.Review and analyze historical data from past projects to refine future cost estimation processes.Participate in pre-bid meetings to clarify project requirements and address any uncertainties.Maintain organized records of estimates, proposals, and correspondence for future reference and audits.Desired Candidate Profile Knowledge on Industrial Building, Civil and MEP.Strong understanding of construction materials, methods, and building codes is a must.Fluency in English is required; additional languages such as Arabic or Spanish are a plus.Excellent communication skills to effectively convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple projects and tight deadlines.Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to overcoming estimation challenges. #J-18808-Ljbffr
