Job Title: Associate - Projects Location: Dubai, UAEPractice Area: Projects – Energy & Infrastructure Experience Level: 2–5 Years PQE (England & Wales or equivalent)About the Role: This is a key opportunity within a high-performing team advising on complex, often cross-border transactions. The role offers exposure to a broad range of infrastructure and energy projects, providing structuring advice on energy transition initiatives, major economic infrastructure developments, and matters across the real assets sector. You will have the chance to work closely with leading clients and colleagues across multiple jurisdictions.Key Responsibilities: Work on complex corporate transactions, including joint ventures, strategic alliances, concession-based arrangements, and infrastructure-related agreements.Draft and negotiate key transaction documents such as share purchase agreements (SPAs), shareholders’ agreements, joint venture agreements, long-term offtake/sales agreements, and construction contracts.Provide structuring advice on energy transition projects, major economic infrastructure developments, and matters across the real assets sector.Collaborate with international teams to support multi-jurisdictional and cross-border matters.Contribute to business development initiatives and client relationship management efforts.Participate in knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team.Travel within the MENA region as required.Job Title: Associate - Projects Location: Dubai, UAEPractice Area: Projects – Energy & Infrastructure Experience Level: 2–5 Years PQE (England & Wales or equivalent)About the Role: This is a key opportunity within a high-performing team advising on complex, often cross-border transactions.
