IT Sales Officer

We are not just hiring a coordinator; we are looking for an IT Sales Officer who acts like an owner: building relationships, thinking strategically, and using AI tools as naturally as emails and calls.Most of our leads come to us, but the rest we pursue with smart, data-powered outreach. You will be the first human voice potential clients hear, the strategist guiding discovery, and the closer converting conversations into real projects.What You’ll Do Drive inbound growth: Respond quickly to qualified leads, lead discovery sessions with purpose, shape client requirements into clear, compelling proposals that build trust.Create new demand: Run personalized Linked In and Apollo outreach, use AI tools to craft targeted micro-campaigns, open doors to brands we haven't met yet.Close deals with confidence: Manage the sales journey from first call to contract, negotiate win-win terms, seamlessly hand off projects to the delivery team.Keep the pipeline clean and clear: Track all activities in Hub Spot, share insights and forecasts with precision.Work smart, stay sharp: Use AI to automate follow-ups and speed up tasks, write better faster with Chat GPT, stay curious about new tools and test what works.You're a Fit If You Have sold digital services before (agency life excites you)Speak tech fluently (CMS, APIs, stacks) enough to earn a CTO's trust and a marketer's enthusiasm Are consultative when listening, assertive when closing Keep your CRM clean always Use AI in your daily workflow Communicate clearly and confidently (sharp English; Arabic is a plus)Thrive on hitting targets, navigating ambiguity, and learning every day Why Join Element8Work alongside passionate designers, engineers, and strategists Experiment with the latest in AI and sales automation See your closed deals become real digital products Earn a competitive package and grow on your own terms How to Apply Ready for the next chapter?
