The aim of the program is to give graduates the chance to develop the required knowledge and demonstrate competency in their field to be considered for future job roles and fulfill a sustainable career within AD Ports Group.This combined program follows the 70/20/10 approach, where: 70% of knowledge is gained from job-related experiences (On the Job Training)20% from interactions through rotations within other clusters10% from formal educational classes & sessions Each component of the Voyage of Discovery program includes: Instilling core competencies, acceptable conduct, and expected behaviors.Creating opportunities to experience teamwork and foster learning within a business environment.Strengthening emotional intelligence to develop and sustain strong professional relationships.Nurturing an independent approach to personal and professional development.Qualifications This program is open to individuals who meet the following criteria: UAE National with family book.Bachelor’s degree with a minimum GPA of 3.0Maximum age limit of 26 years for prospective candidates.National Service completion is mandatory for male candidates. #J-18808-Ljbffr
