Operations Manager

My client, a Holding Company based in Abu Dhabi, is seeking an Operations Manager with extensive experience in a busy Tech environment, Telecommunications, or Fintech to oversee and optimize the company's day-to-day operations, including production, supply chain, logistics, and quality control.The Operations Manager will ensure operational efficiency, compliance, and alignment with strategic objectives.Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement operational strategies to support company growth and efficiency.Oversee daily operations including production, logistics, procurement, supply chain, and quality assurance.Monitor operational performance through KPIs and reporting tools; initiate corrective actions where necessary.Drive continuous improvement initiatives across operational functions.Ensure compliance with local and international regulatory and industry standards.Manage vendor and supplier relationships to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement and delivery.Lead operational risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies.Support the implementation of new technologies to improve productivity and transparency.Develop and maintain standard operating procedures and ensure adherence across all departments.Mentor and support staff development within the operations team.Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields.Certifications such as Lean Six Sigma, CPIM, or similar are preferred.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.Proficiency in ERP systems and data analytics tools.Strong leadership and communication skills.If you have not heard back from Eagles Spearing within 10 working days, then unfortunately, your application has been unsuccessful. #J-18808-Ljbffr
