Join us and lead delivery efforts that shape the region’s digital future.About Your Team This role reports directly to the Operations Director and is part of the ALEC Data Centre Solutions core delivery team. The project delivery function oversees execution, programme coordination, stakeholder engagement, and quality control across all phases of construction. The team works closely with Planning, Commercial, Procurement, QA/QC, HSE, and Site Operations to ensure flawless execution.Your Role As a Project Manager, you will: Lead the overall planning, coordination, and execution of data centre construction projects, ensuring alignment with budget, quality, and schedule targets.Manage internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure project milestones are achieved.Develop detailed execution strategies and monitor risk, procurement, and resource plans.Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations.Oversee reporting, performance tracking, and contractual obligations.Coordinate technical reviews, design validations, and issue resolution.Manage change controls and support commercial teams in claims and EOT matters.What We’re Looking For Experience: 10+ years of project management experience, preferably in complex construction or mission-critical environments (e.g., data centres, hospitals, infrastructure).Knowledge: Deep understanding of construction lifecycles, contract management, planning tools, and client engagement.Expertise: Ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams, control budgets, and manage fast-track delivery.Proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point).Strong leadership, communication, and reporting skills.Degree in Engineering or a related discipline.PMP certification is an advantage.Resilient, hands-on, and capable of leading under pressure.What We Offer The chance to lead some of the UAE’s most high-impact projects.A collaborative, results-oriented environment that drives innovation.Clear opportunities for leadership development and career growth.Ready to lead the future of digital infrastructure?If you’re inspired by this opportunity and believe you’re the right fit, we’d love to hear from you.Join ALEC Data Centre Solutions and shape a high-performing team that delivers excellence at every stage.Apply today and be part of something exceptional! #J-18808-Ljbffr
