The main duties and responsibilities of this role: Ensure daily operations meet service standards and follow standard operating procedures.Engage with guests to create personalized experiences and maintain accurate guest records.Manage resources by taking inventories, re-ordering supplies, and safeguarding cash.Monitor cashiering functions, comply with procedures, and manage financial aspects like the General Ledger and budget.Suggest strategies to increase market share and optimize profits while controlling labor and expenses.Ensure high cleanliness standards and adhere to health, safety, and grooming policies.About You: 3-5 years’ experience in Assistant Outlet Manager role with strong F&B background in a standalone/branded restaurant Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management MS Office applications (Intermediate)Computer literacy with an acceptable experience in using F&B application Proficient in English Aboutthe Benefits: We offer an attractive tax-free salary, paid in Dirhams (AED), the local currency of the UAE.
