Agile Project Manager

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Agile Project Manager to lead cross-functional teams in delivering complex projects using Agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe. The Agile PM will facilitate collaboration, remove impediments, manage timelines and stakeholder expectations, and ensure continuous improvement throughout the project lifecycle.Key Responsibilities: Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of Agile projects in alignment with business goals.Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and other Agile ceremonies.Collaborate closely with product owners, Scrum Masters, developers, QA, and stakeholders.Track project progress using Agile tools (e.g., Jira, Azure Dev Ops, Trello) and report metrics such as velocity, burndown, and team performance.Manage project scope, timelines, risks, and resources, ensuring alignment with Agile principles.Serve as a coach and mentor to team members in Agile best practices and continuous delivery.Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, providing clear updates and managing expectations.Identify and resolve blockers, escalate issues as needed, and ensure teams stay focused and productive.Coordinate with other Agile teams or programs in scaled environments (e.g., SAFe, Le SS).Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or a related field (Master's preferred).Certifications: Certified Scrum Master (CSM), PMI-ACP, SAFe Agilist, or equivalent Agile certification (required or preferred).Experience: 3-5 years of experience in Agile project or program management.Proven experience delivering complex IT or software projects using Agile methodologies.Skills: Deep understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, etc.).Strong facilitation, organizational, and communication skills.Proficiency with project tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Rally, Azure Dev Ops).Ability to lead without authority and foster a culture of collaboration and accountability. #J-18808-Ljbffr
