The traineeship duration is 12 months in Dubai, UAE and aims to develop your technical knowledge and soft skills through on-the-job learning and exposure.As part of our Early Career Traineeship, you will be involved in: Attending trainings to fully understand Logistics Operations and the Business. By the end of the program, you shall possess comprehensive knowledge of supply chain logistics operations and reporting.Learning and developing a critical understanding of concepts, methods, procedures, and approaches.Supporting reporting and KPI management initiatives.Assisting in the transportation and logistics of goods and services to and from internal and external customers/suppliers.Gathering and analyzing information on internal operations.Analyzing market information on competitors and service providers (airlines, shipping lines, etc.) to maintain the company's competitive edge.Supporting logistics cost management to meet budgets and operational plans.Communicating effectively within the logistics function and with other departments.Understanding broader concepts, developing approaches, and managing knowledge.Fuel your passion To be successful in this traineeship, you will: Be a UAE national (holding a family book).Have a bachelor’s degree in Logistics Management, Supply Chain Logistics, or Business Management.Graduated within the last 24 months.Achieved a GPA of at least 3.0 out of 4.0.Be fluent in written and spoken English with effective communication skills.Be inquisitive and eager to learn.Be legally entitled to work in the country without sponsorship or time restrictions.Work in a way that works for you We recognize individual differences and offer flexible working patterns.
