You will have a direct impact by helping customers maximize value from cloud technology, crafting strategies to drive adoption of AWS services, providing strategic technical guidance, and proactively maintaining operational health of their AWS environments. Building close relationships will enable you to understand their business and technical challenges, helping them achieve the greatest value from AWS.Our Technical Account Managers partner with diverse businesses, from startups to large enterprises, providing advice on architecture, support strategies, project planning, and operational issues.Key responsibilities include: Building solutions, providing technical guidance, and advocating for customers.Ensuring AWS environments are operationally healthy, reducing costs and complexity.Developing trusting relationships with customers to understand their needs and challenges.Driving technical discussions on incidents, trade-offs, and risk management.Consulting with partners from developers to C-suite executives.Collaborating with AWS teams like Solutions Architects and Sales.Proactively identifying opportunities for additional customer value.Solving problems during workload migrations to the cloud.Uplifting customer capabilities through workshops and enablement sessions.As AWS expands in EMEA, you'll have opportunities to develop your technical, consulting, and leadership skills, work with talented technologists, and gain AWS certifications.Interested in transforming businesses through cloud computing?
