Join IFS.Job Description We are looking for a hungry, focused, and resilient hunter sales person with excellent collaboration and sales execution skills to help grow our business across the market unit.This role involves hunting into a focused list of strategic target accounts, building pipeline, creating, and closing new opportunities through a consultative, value-based selling approach. You will leverage IFS's award-winning products and broader portfolio to bring value to our customers, using your industry knowledge and enterprise software sales expertise to identify and qualify deals with both new and existing clients.The position is within a high-growth market unit undergoing transformational growth. We are challenging industry standards and disrupting the enterprise software space with innovative strategies.Our go-to-market strategy focuses on geographical and industry verticals within a matrixed sales organization.Responsibilities Sharpen sales execution skills continuously Develop and execute Go-To-Market strategies for designated industries Maintain Territory and Account Plans, including deal action cards, mutual evaluation plans, and power maps Manage the entire sales process from demand generation to closing, including RFIs/RFPs, business case development, and resource coordination within a matrix organization Collaborate with partners to penetrate accounts, create joint sales strategies, and accelerate deal cycles Own sales targets and deliver quarterly results Build and maintain a robust pipeline with demand generation activities Coordinate with sales leadership and global teams for collaboration Maintain CRM and account hygiene, ensure accurate forecasting and reporting Qualifications Ideal candidates will demonstrate: Proven enterprise software sales experience, meeting or exceeding quotas in the Middle East market within core industries Entrepreneurial mindset, curiosity, and resilience Working knowledge of CRM systems and commitment to data accuracy Strong communication skills in English and Arabic Ability to work within a matrixed organization, building relationships and securing support Additional Information Experience in Asset Management/Service Management within the Utilities sector is a plus.Seniority level Mid-Senior level Employment type Full-time Job function IT Services and IT Consulting #J-18808-Ljbffr
