1 day ago Be among the first 25 applicants Direct message the job poster from Akkodis Must Have: Positive attitude and problem-solving mindset Supporting organization’s best interests first Strategic thinking Expert knowledge of information and data security Experience in both Offensive and Defensive Security Strong knowledge of Information Technology (Applications, Architectures, Networking)Open-minded to an international environment Management and leadership skills Good interpersonal and communication skills Excellent written and spoken English skills Able to work independently with minimal supervision Ability to make a positive impact in the organization At least a bachelor’s degree in computer science or cybersecurity Knowledge of international Information Security Standards (ISO 27001, CIS, NIST, etc.)Key Responsibilities: Support the Regional CSO and Senior Information Security Manager in defining the Cyber Defense Strategy Define and update policy and process frameworks periodically Manage security tools such as vulnerability scanners, policy compliance tools, source code scanners, and cloud security monitoring tools Define or update security KPIs and KRIs dashboards, collaborate with IT Operations and Platform Owners to maintain within thresholds Ensure the SOC monitors all operations and infrastructure from a security perspective, guide security analysts, and support risk management, especially around third-party risk assurance and assessment.Additional Responsibilities: Respect the annual budget for activities and projects Achieve annual IS targets (KPIs)Lead complex projects related to Information Security and Cyber Defense Collaborate on strategic initiatives to improve protection around critical assets through data loss prevention and identity & access management programs Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements for Cyber Defense and SOC, adapting measures to the local environment Support and collaborate on other IT initiatives and transformation projects Work closely with Platform Owners, Architecture teams, and IT Operations to define Security by Design and Privacy by Design approaches from project inception Lead Cyber Defense Governance (Committees, guidelines, etc.)Operational & Technical Responsibilities: Develop logical solutions, drive team success, design project plans, and manage cross-functional teams Prioritize tasks under pressure, adhere to timelines Optional cloud certifications such as Microsoft Azure Security Engineer Associate or AWS Certified Security – Specialty are advantageous Good knowledge of local laws and regulations impacting cybersecurity Seniority level: Mid-Senior level Employment type: Full-time Job function: Information Technology, IT Services, and Consulting #J-18808-Ljbffr
