Client Solutions Specialist (Pre-Sales & Delivery) -Turkish-speaking Job Type: Full-time Monday – Friday: office based (with some flexibility to work remotely subject to the needs of the business).Location: Business Bay, Dubai About us: We are a fast-growing, international group operating across six countries. As we scale, we are looking for a proactive and hands-on Client Solutions Manager to lead the full pre-sales lifecycle, manage cross-functional project delivery, and drive commercial success for our clients.In this role, you’ll act as the single point of contact from proposal through launch and post-launch optimization. You’ll translate client goals into clear technical and commercial solutions, align stakeholders, manage vendors, and run revenue-driving campaigns.This is a high-impact role that requires strategic thinking, commercial acumen, and operational execution.The role may also involve occasional international travel to meet clients or support cross-market content projects.Main Responsibilities: Assist in gathering client requirements and translating them into clear briefs.Support the creation of tailored proposals, including pricing and timelines.Coordinate with internal teams to ensure alignment during the pre-sales process.Prepare client presentation materials and support stakeholder meetings.Identify and log upsell/cross-sell opportunities in collaboration with senior colleagues.Project Coordination & Delivery Support: Track project milestones and ensure internal teams stay on schedule.Act as a communication bridge between clients and delivery teams under the guidance of a Senior Specialist.Assist in managing third-party vendor communications and agreements.Campaign & Revenue Support: Support the planning and execution of promotional campaigns.Monitor campaign performance and compile reporting dashboards.Help analyze campaign results and identify improvement opportunities.Research industry trends and assist in preparing strategic recommendations.Assist in managing ongoing client communication and follow-ups.Prepare performance review materials and gather feedback.Help maintain strong relationships with vendors and track deliverables.Participate in regular team check-ins to discuss client health and project status.Note: Occasional international travel may be required to support client projects or events.The duties and responsibilities described in this job description are not a comprehensive list and as such additional tasks may be assigned to the employee from time to time; The scope of the job may also be subject to change as necessitated by business demand.Requirements: Qualifications and Experience: 1–2 years of experience in a client-facing, project coordination, or commercial support role.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively.Comfort with data, reporting tools, and basic analysis.A proactive mindset and willingness to learn from senior team members.Background in i Gaming is a plus.Technical & Soft Skills: Strategic thinker with hands-on problem-solving mindset.Excellent communication and client-facing presentation abilities.High attention to detail; capable of juggling multiple initiatives simultaneously.Skilled at spotting revenue opportunities and structuring scalable solutions.Confident decision-maker under pressure; adept at contract analysis and vendor management.ities.Why Join Us?Help clients succeed: You’ll directly support operators in managing content and customizing their site’s front-end design.Be a platform expert: Develop in-depth knowledge of a leading CMS platform and front-end configurator tool.Work with a great team: Collaborate with product, marketing, and design teams across multiple countries.Take on a leadership role: As the company grows, you’ll have the opportunity to manage and lead a content team.Fast-moving, no bureaucracy: We get things done, value ideas, and support our team to succeed.on of sales, delivery, and strategy.About Nexus Solutions Kayan Technology LLC is part of Nexus Solutions (www.nexus-solutions.io), a group operating across 6 countries.
