Associate Director Marketing And Communications Bachelor of Business Administration(Management)Nationality: Any Nationality Vacancy: 1 Vacancy Job Description About The Role The Associate Director of Marketing & Communications supports the Director in developing and executing the resort's omnichannel marketing and communications strategy to drive brand awareness, market positioning, and revenue across all resort departments. This role involves project execution, content management, campaign performance tracking, and collaboration with internal departments and external partners. It requires expertise in luxury branding, digital marketing, content creation, PR, and storytelling.Key Duties And Responsibilities Support the Director in executing integrated marketing and communications plans aligned with brand goals and resort priorities.Track campaign performance, monitor KPIs, and contribute to ROI analyses and recommendations.Contribute to defining and consistently implementing the resort's USPs and tone of voice.Align local initiatives with global brand standards by working with the Global Marketing & Communications team.Manage content production for campaigns, partnerships, activations, and programming, including photo/video shoots and post-production oversight.Develop B2C and B2B storytelling assets for social media, website, press room, advertising, and trade.Assist in overseeing digital campaigns including SEM, social, and programmatic advertising.Coordinate with internal teams and agencies to optimize digital presence and acquisition funnels.Ensure consistency and effectiveness across digital channels (website, email, social, CRM).Oversee content scheduling, promotions, and guest communications.Manage relationships with agencies and third-party vendors (PR, advertising, social, digital, CRM).Identify and implement local/international partnerships that align with brand storytelling and content objectives.Ensure the resort’s on-property branding meets luxury standards across all physical and digital guest-facing assets (collateral, signage, amenities, etc.).Support the creation of marketing and sales materials including brochures, digital decks, and trade content.About You5-7 years of marketing and communications experience in luxury hospitality or premium/lifestyle brands.Proven success in executing multichannel campaigns across global/regional markets.Knowledge of media relations, digital performance marketing, and storytelling strategy.Experience working in multicultural environments with cross-functional teams.Disclaimer: Naukrigulf.com is a platform connecting jobseekers and employers.
