We are committed to excellence in construction and are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to oversee our projects and ensure top-tier execution.Job Description We are looking for a highly skilled Site Supervisor with minimum 5 years of UAE experience in construction supervision. The ideal candidate must have strong knowledge of Dubai Municipality (DM) regulations, health & safety standards, and construction best practices.Key Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate daily construction activities on-site Ensure compliance with Dubai Municipality (DM) regulations and safety standards Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and budgets Oversee quality control and ensure work meets project specifications Manage and direct subcontractors, laborers, and site staff Conduct daily site inspections and report to Project Managers Maintain site records, logs, and documentation Ensure proper material handling, storage, and usage Implement and enforce health & safety protocols (OSHAD, Dubai Civil Defense)Resolve on-site issues and conflicts efficiently Requirements Minimum 5 years of UAE experience as a Site Supervisor in construction Strong knowledge of Dubai construction standards (DM, Civil Defense, DEWA)Experience in high-rise buildings, villas, or infrastructure projects Proficiency in reading construction drawings, BOQs, and specifications Excellent leadership and team management skills Strong problem-solving and communication abilities Valid UAE driving license (preferred)Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field Preferred Qualifications Certification in OSHAD, NEBOSH, or IOSHExperience with BIM and construction software (Auto CAD, Primavera, MS Project)Knowledge of MEP coordination Why Join KILONEWTONS?Competitive salary + benefits Opportunity to work on prestigious Dubai projects Career growth and professional development Supportive and dynamic work environment How To Apply Interested candidates should send their updated CV to (careers@kilonewtons.com) with the subject line: "Site Supervisor Application – (Your Name)".Join KILONEWTONS and lead the construction of Dubai’s future! #J-18808-Ljbffr
