The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, designing, and overseeing construction projects and infrastructure, such as roads, bridges, dams, and water supply systems. You will work with a variety of stakeholders, including construction managers, clients, and other engineers, to ensure that projects are completed according to specifications, within budget, and on time. Furthermore, you will play a pivotal role in analyzing site locations, preparing cost estimates, and ensuring compliance with government and industry standards. If you possess excellent problem-solving abilities, strong communication skills, and a keen eye for detail, we encourage you to apply and help us build the future.Responsibilities Design and develop civil engineering projects including highways and urban infrastructure.Manage construction projects from inception to completion ensuring efficiency and safety.Conduct site investigations and assessments to gather data and analyze environmental factors.Coordinate with project stakeholders to maintain alignment with project goals and timelines.Prepare and review technical drawings, schematics, and documentation for construction projects.Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations and engineering standards.Provide guidance and leadership to construction teams and junior engineers.Perform cost analysis and prepare budget estimates for project proposals.Utilize software and technology tools to simulate and analyze structural designs.Prepare progress reports and present them to clients and management boards.Ensure all work is completed within set parameters of quality, budget, and timeline.Identify and address any potential risks or issues throughout project lifecycle.Requirements Bachelor s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field is required.Licensed as a Professional Engineer (PE) or working toward obtaining licensure.Minimum of three years of experience in civil engineering or construction management.Strong knowledge of engineering design and construction principles and practices.Proficiency in engineering software such as Auto CAD, Civil 3D, or related tools.Excellent analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving skills in engineering contexts.Strong communication skills to effectively interact with diverse stakeholders.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize workload efficiently.Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality engineering solutions.Disclaimer: Naukrigulf.com is only a platform to bring jobseekers & employers together.
