Walk In interview | Accounts and Finance Manager

We are conducting a walk-in interview for the position of Accounts and Finance Manager Walk in Details: Time - 10 am to 5 pm.Office address - OFFICE NO. 2 & 3, 32ND FLOOR, X2 TOWER, CLUSTOR X, JUMEIRAH LAKE TOWER, DUBAI, UAEResponsibilities: Manage day-to-day financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements, balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports.Monitor and manage cash flow, ensuring timely payments and collections.Oversee the budgeting and forecasting process, providing financial insights and variance analysis.Ensure compliance with local tax regulations, VAT filings, and other statutory financial obligations.Collaborate with project managers and real estate teams to track project costs and profitability.Conduct financial audits and ensure proper internal controls are in place.Handle the preparation of year-end financial reports and liaise with external auditors.Assist in financial planning and analysis to support business decision-making.Manage relationships with banks, investors, and financial institutions to secure funding and loans for real estate projects.Provide leadership and guidance to junior accounting staff.Desired Candidate Profile Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field.2-3 years of experience in accounts and finance management within the real estate industry.Strong understanding of real estate financial processes, including project cost management, revenuerecognition, and tax compliance.Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Zoho Books, Quick Books) and MS Excel.Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.Strong organizational and time management skills.Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.Solid understanding of local regulatory and tax requirements.Certification: Professional certification (e.g., CPA, ACCA) is an advantage.Experience with ERP systems and property management software Disclaimer: Naukrigulf.com is only a platform to bring jobseekers & employers together.
