They are looking for an outstanding Senior L&D Specialist to join their team.Strategic Training Needs Assessment: Lead the process of identifying and analyzing organizational training needs, working closely with business leaders to anticipate future skill requirements and workforce development trends.Learning Strategy & Program Development: Design, develop, and implement comprehensive learning programs using diverse interventions such as classroom, virtual, and digital learning, ensuring alignment with business goals and evolving industry best practices.Certification & Compliance Management: Oversee the end-to-end management of certification programs, ensuring adherence to compliance standards, accreditation requirements, and timely execution to support career progression and business needs.Advanced Learning Delivery: Deliver tailored learning solutions, catering to diverse audiences across behavioral, technical, and leadership competencies, ensuring alignment with business transformation initiatives.Induction & Onboarding Excellence: Enhance and manage the induction program, ensuring new joiners receive a structured and impactful onboarding experience that integrates them seamlessly into the organization.
