Freight and Logistics Coordinator

The Opportunity: Workers provided by an employment or temp agency for a limited period of time on a fill-in basis or for a finite project.The purpose of the role is to manage the day-to-day team operation across multiple business units within MEA. To ensure all individuals' KPIs and service levels are met, and to facilitate daily collaboration across multiple business units for timely shipments and daily billing.What We're Looking For: Experience: Minimum 2 years in Freight & logistics, Export Key Skills: International trade experience Knowledge & experience of Letters of credit Hazardous awareness training Knowledge, Skills, Abilities & Competencies: Customer-centric with strong business and financial awareness Professional and effective communication across all levels of the business Demonstrates innovation and organizational agility Self-motivated with flexible, results-oriented initiative Decisive and successful in driving business performance High computer literacy with experience in SAP, Excel, Power Point Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken How You'll Thrive And Create An Impact: Identify and meet customer business requirements by providing solutions Develop holistic relationships within MEA, including warehouses/CDCs Contribute to monthly sales and gross margin targets Ensure timely reporting of shipments and manage escalation processes for shipments on hold Manage business-driven projects to successful completion Participate in forecasting, highlight risks, and work with the team to meet expectations Collaborate with commercial and operations departments for accurate transaction processing Build relationships with warehouse functions across multiple BUs Disclaimer: Naukrigulf.com is a platform to connect jobseekers and employers.
