Contexte et environnement TEEP Ratawi Hub is a new Total Energies company overseeing a 4-in-1 project: Common Seawater Supply Project (CSSP), Gas Mid-stream Project (GMP), Associated Gas Upstream Project (AGUP), and a 1000MW Solar Power Plant (SPP). The projects are at various development stages. The Solar Power Plant includes four units of 250MW each, along with four overhead transmission lines and a remote substation. A high level of autonomy and the ability to manage HSE in remote locations are required.Activités Organize the integrated site team to supervise the EPC Contractor's commissioning progress until COD, including checking and implementing commissioning procedures, inspection witnessing, clearing punch list items, issuing commissioning certificates, and ensuring turnover packages are ready.Contribute to weekly site meetings, progress meetings, and discipline-specific technical meetings with the EPC Contractor.Monitor and verify the EPC Contractors' work across disciplines to ensure timely delivery.Provide inputs for monthly progress reports and relevant information for EPC Contractor invoice verification.Profil du candidat Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or related field.Minimum of 10 years' experience in construction and commissioning of utility-scale PV IPP projects.Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification preferred.Experience with EPC / Developer backgrounds.Experience managing projects valued over $100 million.At least 3 projects commissioned.Experience in testing and commissioning PV arrays, trackers, inverters, MV transformers, and substations (33k V and 132k V).Knowledge of Grid Code, safety procedures, grid compliance testing, and PV plant performance testing.Familiarity with international standards and best practices for PV plant commissioning.Understanding of environmental legislation and regulations related to construction.Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Power Point, and similar tools.Experience in developing plant manuals, switching procedures, safety procedures, and O&M manuals.Disclaimer: Naukrigulf.com is a platform connecting jobseekers and employers.
