Structural Inspector

A Diploma or Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering.Minimum 5-7 years of experience in construction supervision with a consultancy.Business Development Start developing a network of contacts.Be an ambassador for the Company.Responsibilities Read and understand the package contract documents, detailed drawings, specifications, and health and safety measures.Ensure the contractor(s) comply with the standards and specifications of the contract documents through observation, measurements, and testing, as well as track quality assurance progress.Maintain records of the contractor manpower and equipment resources daily.Undertake all site supervision and inspections when required or instructed by the Senior Site Engineer.Document contractor activities within assigned areas, including personnel, equipment, work locations, reasons for work, and methods used.Report material deliveries and follow all site instructions issued by the team leader.Implement all site quality control measures and procedures.Apply and enforce all quality controls and procedures of the site.Prepare site measurements and surveying checks as needed by the leader.Monitor construction work for compliance with quality standards, performance expectations, and applicable codes through regular inspections.Oversee health and safety of the construction works and report violations.Company Role Understand our business plan, mission statement, and key challenges.Contribute to the development of company procedures by actively participating in task groups.Attend team meetings and contribute to the development of procedures within your team.Review and comment on company procedures using the feedback system.Apply policies related to health & safety, quality, and training.QHSE Responsibilities Understand, implement, and follow 9E QHSE policies.Implement and coordinate QHSE procedures in your workplace.Comply with local regulatory authority guidelines and laws pertaining to QHSE.Report any QHSE incident immediately to the 9E QHSE Department and legal authorities if required.Abide by Client/Contractor QHSE requirements and complete site induction before mobilizing at sites. #J-18808-Ljbffr
