Director of Business Development

Reports to: CEOLocation: Abu Dhabi Type: Full-time, Leadership Role Overview: The Director of BD & Growth will drive revenue expansion, client partnerships, and go-to-market strategies across Company's focus sectors (defense, medical, aerospace, oil & gas). This hybrid role blends sales leadership, strategic alliances, and commercialization.Key Responsibilities: • Define and execute revenue growth strategy across verticals• Identify, pitch, and close B2B partnerships and government deals• Lead and scale the BD team (dental, industrial, strategic relations)• Support pricing, product-market fit, and feedback loops with R&D• Contribute to long-term strategic positioning, including export and localization plans Qualifications: • 10+ years in B2B sales or growth strategy, with strong deal execution background• Experience in UAE government/defense/medical contracting highly preferred• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills• Arabic language and regional network are advantageous #J-18808-Ljbffr
