You will have the opportunity to deliver impactful projects across the region, develop your career through diverse engagements, mentoring, and formal training.Your Key Responsibilities As a Consultant, you will participate in work streams and engagements, translating client needs into project tasks and deliverables. You will work closely with clients to define objectives and scope, focusing mainly on strategy projects such as: long-term strategy roadmaps, growth strategy, market entry & expansion, go-to-market strategies, digital transformation projects, commercial due diligence, and greenfield projects.Your clients may include global corporations, governments, public entities, family conglomerates, and sovereign wealth funds, often working directly with C-suite executives on strategic and transactional decisions.Skills And Attributes For Success Develop business strategies using tools like market analysis, customer research, macroeconomic forecasting, and portfolio optimization.Review transaction rationale and deal documents to identify risks and critical issues.Analyze large qualitative and quantitative data to develop realistic plans and actions.Motivate and mentor junior team members with diverse backgrounds.Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree from a top-ranking school with outstanding academic performance.At least 2 years of experience, preferably in consulting or strategy-related roles within Real Estate, Hospitality & Tourism, Government, or Public Sector.Ability to assess industries, markets, competitors, and customers to identify risks and opportunities.Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.Willingness to travel within the MENA region (approximately 25-50%).Preferred Qualifications MBA or Master’s degree from a top-tier business school.Previous experience in strategy consulting or in-house strategic roles.Experience in client advisory or strategic planning in professional services.Excellent problem-solving, project management, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.Full fluency in Arabic, both written and spoken.What We Look For Highly motivated individuals with excellent problem-solving skills, the ability to prioritize in a dynamic environment, strong leadership qualities, and a passion for making an impact in a fast-changing industry.What We Offer Competitive compensation based on performance, along with: Continuous learning opportunities.Flexibility to define your success and make a meaningful impact.Leadership development through coaching and insights.A diverse and inclusive culture that embraces individuality and empowers voices.The Exceptional EY Experience.
