Procurement Engineer

Job Title: Procurement Engineer Job Location: Dubai Job Summary: Procurement Engineer to support procurement activities across the group’s network of entities. The ideal candidate will play a key role in sourcing, evaluating, and securing materials, equipment, and services required for various projects and operations, with a focus on cost efficiency, compliance, and quality.Key Responsibilities: Coordinate procurement operations across multiple Pure Health entities, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of materials and services.Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define technical requirements and specifications.Prepare and evaluate RFQs, RFPs, and purchase orders in line with procurement policies and procedures.Conduct supplier evaluations, negotiations, and performance assessments.Ensure compliance with internal controls, budget limits, and regulatory standards.Monitor market trends and supplier developments relevant to healthcare.Maintain accurate records of procurement activities and contribute to procurement reporting and analytics.Support vendor relationship management and resolve supply chain or delivery issues as needed.Managing the contract implementation and follow for the deliverables and milestones.Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or related field).Additional certification in Procurement, Supply Chain, or Contract Management (e.g., CIPS, CPM) is a plus.3–5 years of experience in HC procurement, sourcing, or supply chain management.Experience in engineering procurement and vendor management Industry-specific experience (Health care Construction/ FM/ MEP)Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of procurement procedures, tendering, and contract management.Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and BOQs.Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.)Understanding of cost analysis, supplier evaluation, and risk management.Compliance & Legal Knowledge: Understanding of procurement policies, regulations, and industry standards.Knowledge of international and local sourcing practices. #J-18808-Ljbffr
