With over a decade of regional experience and a knowledgeable team, we offer fully integrated HR services.We are currently hiring a Customer Service Representative - Emiratisation for our client in Dubai.Location: Dubai Investments Park Purpose The Customer Service Representative provides exceptional support and ensures customer satisfaction through professional interactions.Responsibilities Handle all customer contacts (email, fax, chat, voice) efficiently and professionally, addressing inquiries related to products, pricing, stock, delivery, and updating field personnel.Manage customer complaints, providing First Contact Resolution when possible, and follow up to ensure satisfaction.Maintain accurate customer master data in SAP, including new accounts and contact details.Promote multiple sales channels to customers to enhance engagement.Support field personnel by providing timely communication, gathering sales leads, and arranging visits.Serve as a central contact point, liaising with departments like Technical Sales, Key Account Management, Support Centres, Logistics, and others to deliver quality service.Perform additional administrative tasks as assigned, such as order processing, certificates, and sales support.Skills & Requirements UAE National Family Book Bachelor’s Degree Proficiency in computer systems, preferably SAPExcellent interpersonal and negotiation skills Strong commitment to customer satisfaction Team-oriented with a customer-focused attitude Self-motivated, energetic, outgoing, eager to develop skills Additional Details Seniority Level: Mid-Senior Employment Type: Full-time Job Function: Customer Service Industry: Staffing and Recruiting #J-18808-Ljbffr
