Learning & Development Specialist

With a diverse portfolio spanning residential, commercial, industrial, and infrastructure sectors, the firm is recognised for its commitment to delivering sustainable, efficient solutions tailored to each client’s unique needs by providing a dynamic and engaging environment for professionals seeking to contribute to major urban development projects across the region.They are now seeking an experienced and dedicated Learning & Development Specialist to join their team in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates.Job Profile for Learning & Development Specialist Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to: Create engaging and effective learning content, including presentations, e-learning modules, and other training resources Design and develop comprehensive training programs and materials based on identified needs Facilitate training sessions using various methodologies, ensuring participant engagement and understanding Implement assessment tools and methods to measure the effectiveness of training programs Gather feedback from participants and stakeholders to continuously improve training content and delivery Organise e-learning courses, workshops, and other training Oversee budgets and negotiate contracts Plan end-to-end development programs according to organisational requirements Prepare training materials in line with the latest trends Arrange in-house training programs as well as online e-learning models Record and report training courses, schedules, and results, and share updates regularly with management Conduct research and incorporate new methodologies for effective development and overall growth Stay up-to-date with the latest developments and trends in the industry Perform other related duties as assigned Candidate Profile for Learning & Development Specialist Must be fluent in English, both written and spoken Bachelor's degree in Education, Training, Human Resources, or a related field.
