We enhance UAE's security with electronic payment solutions, cybersecurity systems, airport security, and air traffic management systems for Abu Dhabi’s airport.Job Profile: As a Regional Sales Manager, you will manage a territory and maximize revenue. Your responsibilities include creating, developing, and executing sales strategies for your region and generating accurate sales forecasts.Job Responsibilities: Manage, develop, and grow relationships with strategic prospects and existing customers.Identify, qualify, and quantify opportunities.Develop and submit a Business Plan, including marketing activities and GTM (Go-to-Market) strategies for each sector.Manage key partners in the region alongside the Channel Manager to execute the business plan.Coordinate with main service providers across the region.Develop and deliver technically accurate sales presentations to potential customers.Manage all sales cycle aspects, from prospecting to closing deals and implementing account plans.Achieve revenue and growth targets.Sectors to support include Telco, Oil & Gas, Education, and Aviation.Territory includes UAE and Egypt.Knowledge, Skills, and Experience: Proven ability to close complex and multi-year deals, from discovery to contract completion.Ability to up-sell strategic and custom solutions to key accounts and penetrate strategic targets.Fluent in English.Results-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills. Customer-focused and a natural leader.Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.7+ years of sales experience in IT industries, with at least 5 years in major regional account sales.Willingness to travel.At Thales, we offer careers, not just jobs.
