The trainer will be responsible for delivering high-quality, engaging, and student-centered English language instruction aimed at improving learners academic and communicative competence.Key Responsibilities: Deliver interactive and intensive English language classes in accordance with the program s curriculum.Develop and adapt lesson plans tailored to student needs and course objectives.Provide timely and constructive feedback on students progress through formative and summative assessments.Maintain accurate records of attendance, grading, and performance.Foster a positive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment.Collaborate with program coordinators and faculty to ensure instructional consistency and quality.Support learners in achieving measurable outcomes within a condensed 6.5-week timeframe.Requirements: Bachelor s degree in English, English Literature, Applied Linguistics, or a related field.TESOL/TEFL/CELTA certification (Minimum 120 hours; in-person preferred).Minimum 2 years of English language teaching experience, ideally in a higher education or intensive program setting.Experience teaching diverse, multicultural student groups.Excellent command of English (spoken and written).Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.Availability to commit for the full 6.5-week program duration.Preferred Qualifications: Master s degree in TESOL, Applied Linguistics, or related field.Prior experience in teaching within university preparation or foundation programs.Familiarity with communicative and task-based teaching methodologies.Contract Type: Part-time, fixed-term contract (6.5 weeks) starting immediately About Us Established in 2006, CUD is one of the most promising universities in the Middle East, Africa, and South Asian region, QS Ranked in the top 2% of Universities in the World, the #1 University in Dubai, and 21st in the Arab Region according to the QS Arab Region Rankings 2025.Our expanded City Walk campus hosts state-of-the-art amenities with a focus on entrepreneurship, innovation, and creativity.
