Job Description KPMG LG is growing rapidly and is looking to engage with recent graduates and young talent professionals across multiple disciplines to join their dynamic and innovative Emiratization program, where they will have the opportunity to: Gain hands-on experience and develop new skills in a supportive environment that encourages continuous learning.Contribute to meaningful projects that directly impact the firm’s strategic success and client experience.Work alongside experienced professionals who are trained to mentor and guide you towards your career success.Discover your strengths and interests through various client projects across different industries.To Qualify for The Role Applicant should be an Emirati national with a family book.Holds a bachelor’s degree with a GPA of 3.0 or above in one of the following disciplines: Accounting Finance Economics Computer Science & Engineering Data Analytics & Data Science Business Administration Available to start immediately.Ability to commute or be based in Dubai or Abu Dhabi.Key Accountabilities: Clients Complete tasks and deliverables to a high standard as part of client engagements, adhering to plans, budgets, and quality standards.Identify and document risks and issues, consulting with team members as necessary.Escalate risks and issues beyond own experience or skill set.Keep senior team members informed of significant developments and progress.Identify problems and suggest initial solutions.Begin to develop an external network and build industry knowledge.Contribute to case studies, proposals, and best practices to share knowledge within the firm.Demonstrate strong attention to detail and effectively error-check work.Key Accountabilities: Quality Undertake professional qualification and technical training within required timelines.Build on professional qualifications with relevant sector-specific training.Participate in project reviews to identify lessons learned and improve future quality and planning.Execute work that meets the firm’s quality standards within a commercial context.Communicate risks and issues early to leaders as appropriate.Key Accountabilities: People Meet KPMG deadlines during Performance Development cycles, including seeking feedback, setting goals, and engaging in reviews.Accurately charge time to engagement codes to reflect work delivered.Share knowledge with colleagues and contribute to knowledge resources.Participate in Global People Survey (GPS) and other initiatives to improve culture.Assist new starters with onboarding and act as a buddy if needed.Work collaboratively with diverse teams.Maintain a continuous learning mindset and demonstrate intellectual curiosity.Show flexibility and agility in changing environments.Achieve positive internal feedback. #J-18808-Ljbffr
