We have a strong pipeline of large, transformational opportunities with our clients which will provide great opportunities for all our people to step up and play significant and rewarding roles.Responsibilities As a Senior Manager, participate in cross-functional internal and client teams to develop and deliver strategic people and organizational change in challenging client environments and high-growth industries.Help advise clients on strategic people-related matters and design solutions to address complex people-related issues, achieve sustainable results, and demonstrate real impact.Collaborate with Pw C colleagues throughout the client assignment and work as a strong team member, taking ownership of areas of the project with limited supervision from senior team members.Assist in managing junior team members during projects and actively mentor Consultants in the People and Organization team.Develop expertise across HR topics including HR Transformation, Performance Management, Organization Design, Change Management, and People Analytics.Stay updated on regional and global economic and business trends, especially HR trends, to help shape client strategies and market success.Assist in researching and writing proposals to support clients in KSA and the broader Middle East.Collaborate with colleagues across Middle Eastern offices and international teams as appropriate.Develop knowledge of key market themes and work collaboratively to shape client futures and foster positive change, supported by ongoing training and the wider Pw C network.Requirements Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields.Preferable qualifications: CIPD, GPHR, SHRM, or equivalent.7 to 10 years of relevant experience in human capital within consulting, ideally with Big4, HR consultancy, or in a challenging in-house role.Experience in Change Management, Performance Management, and Strategic Direction.Proven experience in high-performing HR teams or consulting on people-related client engagements across industries.Exposure to data gathering, analysis, and reporting insights.Strong interest and passion for HR consulting and solving complex people challenges.Excellent organizational skills with resilience and ability to meet deadlines under pressure.Proficiency in Excel, Word, Power Point.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Willingness to travel within the Middle East and globally as required.Apply Now!Seniority level Mid-Senior level Employment type Full-time Job function Legal Industries Internet Publishing Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at Verified Jobs.ae by 2x Sign in to set job alerts for “Civil Servant” roles. #J-18808-Ljbffr
