You will play a key role in team development, operational excellence, and creating a culture that reflects Lululemon’s values. The ideal candidate is energetic, fitness-oriented, and passionate about people, leadership, and performance.Key Responsibilities Assist in day-to-day store operations, ensuring excellence in guest experience, team engagement, and operational execution Support, coach, and develop team members through feedback, training, and performance management Lead by example with a strong floor presence, fostering a culture of accountability, energy, and connection Contribute to recruitment, onboarding, and succession planning Help drive store KPIs such as sales, conversion, and guest satisfaction Build relationships within the local fitness and wellness community as a Lululemon brand ambassador Step into the Store Manager role in their absence, ensuring consistent leadership and decision-making Qualifications Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in a retail leadership role Strong people management and team-building capabilities Passionate about health, fitness, or wellness, with a personal commitment to an active lifestyle Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-energy retail environment Experience working with a premium or lifestyle brand is a strong advantage #J-18808-Ljbffr
