Overall Purpose of the Job / Responsibilities Part of the Solutions and Services BPA organization, the Customer Service role involves: Coordinating order treatment with internal stakeholders including Solution Sales, Account Managers, Project Managers, SDM, and Finance departments. Owning the entire process from purchase order receipt to delivery, invoicing, and cash collection. Main Activities / Tasks Act as the main interface for Solution Sales, Account Managers, and customers during order processing. Organize kickoff meetings at purchase order reception for large or non-recurrent projects. Verify customer purchase orders and enter them into the ERP system. Follow up on POs and invoicing proactively. Communicate with customers and internal teams regarding order status. Support credit management for overdue accounts. Manage post-sales administrative activities. Contribute to billing forecast exercises and reporting. Attend relevant sales, customer, and delivery meetings. Maintain accurate billing backlog for timely invoicing. Competencies and Skills Experience in Solutions & Services business within Mobile & Banking sectors. Knowledge of sales administration and logistics (payment terms, taxes, customs). Proficiency with ERP tools and Microsoft Office suite. Strong organizational skills and rigor. Ability to work within complex administrative structures. Customer-oriented with good communication skills. Fluent in English and Arabic. Stress-resistant and available. Education, Qualifications, and Special Training Degree in Business or Administration. 1-3 years’ experience in a similar role or sales administration. Experience in the digital banking industry.
