Key Responsibility Areas in Order of Importance Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand design briefs and project objectives, ensuring that all visuals meet the client's branding and marketing goals.Create high-quality designs for a wide range of media, including websites, social media, email campaigns, print materials, and presentations.Develop innovative concepts, graphics, and layouts for product illustrations, company logos, and websites, ensuring a consistent visual identity across all platforms.Use design software such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, In Design) to produce compelling visuals and revise based on feedback from clients and team members.Utilize video editing software like Adobe Premiere Pro, Canva, or others to create engaging video content.Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines, remaining on-trend and tailored to client specifications.Collaborate with sales teams to align visuals with marketing strategies and stay updated on industry trends to keep designs competitive.Present design concepts to clients, explain creative rationales, and incorporate feedback into final products.Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and maintaining quality standards.Video Editor Key Responsibilities Edit raw footage into cohesive content for various purposes such as promotional or educational videos.Add effects, transitions, and motion graphics to enhance visual appeal.Synchronize audio, incorporate background music, and edit sound effects for a polished output.Optimize videos for different platforms, ensuring compatibility and high quality.Additional Activities and Requirements Strong understanding of design principles.Problem-solving skills and interest in tackling diverse challenges.Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in a creative agency or marketing setting.Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and relevant design tools.Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Canva, or other video editing software.Good English communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively.Attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple projects under deadlines.Creativity and innovative thinking.Research skills or willingness to learn continuously.Portfolio showcasing a broad range of design work.Alignment with company culture as per provided documentation.Additional Notes Capacity to start immediately.Must have a laptop and reliable Wi-Fi for remote work.Willing to work a 6-day week (Monday to Saturday).Preferred but not required Previous experience in key responsibility areas.Additional graphic design or video editing skills.UX design skills.Not Really Required Degree or certification in a related or unrelated field. #J-18808-Ljbffr
