ROM/RUS/UA Full-Stack Tech Lead (Statements System)Join to apply for the ROM/RUS/UA Full-Stack Tech Lead (Statements System) role at The Talents Link Recruitment.One of our associates is currently looking for a hands-on Full-Stack Tech Lead to take over the Statements System — a PHP-based web application currently backed by SQLite, with planned migration to Postgre SQL and deployment to AWS. This is a foundational role in a startup spun off from a successful fintech company.Responsibilities: Take full ownership of the Statements System (front-end, back-end, and DB).Migrate from SQLite to Postgre SQL, ensuring data integrity and performance.Refactor and maintain PHP-based APIs and web interfaces.Deploy and manage the application in a cloud environment (AWS preferred).Implement CI/CD pipelines, basic infrastructure-as-code, and monitoring.Ensure security best practices across stack (web, DB, cloud).Support minor business logic changes in the statement calculation engine.Liaise with product and operations teams for ongoing improvements.Requirements: 5+ years experience in full-stack or backend development (preferably PHP).Strong experience with SQL databases (Postgres a strong plus).Hands-on experience with cloud deployments, ideally on AWS.Working knowledge of Dev Ops practices (containers, CI/CD, monitoring).Strong communication and problem-solving skills.Seniority level Mid-Senior level Employment type Full-time Job function Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at The Talents Link Recruitment by 2x.Get notified about new Software Engineer jobs in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. #J-18808-Ljbffr
