One of the leading RE mega projects in the region Feasibilities and financial models review and risk highlighting Providing feasibility inputs to Development team from Asset Management perspective Review of 3rd party investment proposals Service charge modelling Support in the preparation/update of business plan, including coordinating and procuring all related information from the operating assets' team Adhoc financial analysis In-depth knowledge of strategic Financial Management Knowledge of Accounting and Finance Principles and Practices Knowledge of zakat & Taxation Planning and Time Management Effective Communication and Human Relations skills.
