Mechanical Draughtsman

1. Prepare detailed MEP shop drawings for mechanical systems (HVAC, water supply, drainage).2. Coordinate with MEP engineers, architects, and other drafting personnel to ensure design integrity and accuracy.3. Modify and update drawings based on site conditions, consultant comments, and coordination meetings.4. Ensure all drawings comply with relevant standards, codes, and authority regulations (DEWA, DCD, DM, etc.).5. Perform quantity take-offs from drawings for procurement and estimation purposes.6. Maintain a systematic archive of drawings and project documentation.7. Attend coordination meetings and participate in resolving design conflicts.8. Prepare As-Built drawings based on site installation and markups.Desired Candidate Profile1. Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field.2. Minimum 5-8 years of experience in UAE / India / GCC in a similar role.3. Proficient in Auto CAD and other drafting software preferred.4. Strong knowledge of mechanical systems and their installation practices.5. Good communication skills in English.6.
