Website Analyst

Metropolitan Premium Properties is seeking a skilled Website Analyst with an e-commerce background to optimize our website performance and user experience. This role is focused on analyzing user behavior, identifying trends, and implementing strategies that drive engagement, improve conversion rates, and enhance the overall customer journey on our website.Key Responsibilities: Analyze user behavior and customer journeys across web platforms using tools like Google Analytics, Hotjar, and Mixpanel.Identify friction points, drop-offs, and UX issues that are impacting conversion and retention.Design and implement A/B tests and conversion rate optimization (CRO) experiments on landing pages, checkout flows, and key funnels.Utilize heatmaps, scroll tracking, and behavioral data to uncover patterns and trends that inform decision-making.Collaborate closely with marketing, design, and development teams to implement data-driven website enhancements.Support SEO performance monitoring, offering recommendations for improving site structure, metadata, and page speed.Assist in building dashboards and reporting tools using Power BI, SQL, or R to track website performance in-depth.Requirements: 2–4 years of experience in digital analytics, CRO, or user behavior analysis, particularly within the e-commerce space.Proficiency in GA4, Hotjar, Mixpanel, Google Optimize, and other relevant CRO/UX tools.Proven success in improving website KPIs, including conversion rates, bounce rates, and session duration.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on converting data into actionable strategies.Basic understanding of SEO principles and experience with technical performance monitoring.Experience working collaboratively with marketing and product teams to optimize user experience and website performance.Why Join Metropolitan Premium Properties?Among the top 10 Best Workplaces in the UAE for the last 4 years and Number 1.
