They should possess strong expertise in site-based technical execution, including managing structural works, resolving on-site technical challenges, and ensuring compliance with construction standards. Additionally, the candidate must have a solid understanding of structural design principles, enabling effective coordination with design teams, reviewing drawings, and ensuring constructability. Their experience should include working on high-rise buildings, commercial, or infrastructure projects, demonstrating the ability to handle complex structural execution. A deep understanding of construction methodologies, materials, structural systems, and industry standards is essential to excel in this role.Key Responsibilities: Coordinated effectively with architects, MEP engineers, and contractors to integrate structural elements seamlessly into overall project designs, contributing to efficient project execution.Practical knowledge of the temporary structures related design.Utilized advanced engineering software (Auto CAD, STAAD Pro, Revit, SAP2000) for modeling, design, and structural analysis, ensuring the safety, durability, and efficiency of structural systems.Provided expert guidance during the construction phase, conducting detailed site inspections to monitor compliance with design specifications and ensuring material and construction quality.Spearheaded the resolution of technical issues arising during the construction phases, delivering cost-effective and timely solutions while adhering to strict project schedules and budgets.Maintained meticulous project documentation, including technical reports, structural drawings, design calculations, and client communications, ensuring transparency and traceability throughout the project lifecycle.Able to identify possible cost savings and value engineering opportunities.Provide BBS and prepare shop drawings.Seniority Level Mid-Senior level Employment Type Full-time Job Function Construction #J-18808-Ljbffr
