We are a well-known manufacturer of coffee and roasted nuts in the UAE, seeking to fill a full-time position at our Dubai site as soon as possible. Key responsibilities include: Managing Retail Accounts Payable: Handling invoice processing, vendor payments, and expense reconciliations for retail operations. Utilizing Retail-Specific Systems: Familiarity with Dynamics 365 and/or AX. Vendor Management: Maintaining vendor relationships, resolving payment disputes, and negotiating terms to optimize cash flow. Ensuring Accuracy and Compliance: Maintaining high accuracy in invoice processing and adhering to retail industry regulations and tax requirements.
