The role involves managing the implementation of Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP and other enterprise projects, managing data migration, integrations, anduser training. The candidate will work closely with functional leads, business teams,implementation partner, and IT to ensure successful project execution that aligns with thecompany’s strategic objectives.Key Responsibilities: 1. Project Management & Coordination- Act as the primary liaison between stakeholders and implementation teams.- Attend and lead the project discovery sessions.- Ensure project timelines, budgets, and deliverables are met.- Manage risk, issue tracking, and change management throughout the implementation.- Create and maintain a comprehensive project plan, ensuring all tasks, timelines, anddependencies are clearly defined and managed.- Oversee the execution of the project plan, ensuring milestones and deliverables are metefficiently.2. Business Requirements & Documentation- Conduct initial reviews of Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) to ensurecompleteness and accuracy.- Provide feedback to business teams and implementation teams to align project scope withthe business needs.- Ensure all processes and configurations meet real estate industry standards in the UAE.3. Data Management & Migration- Understand all data objects and templates for migration (Oracle Fusion ERP & Sales Force).- Work closely with business units to collect and validate data within agreed timelines.- Perform pre-migration data validation and reconciliation tasks before submission to- Ensure accurate data migration by reviewing reconciliation reports before and after dataloads.4. ERP Integration & Testing- Support implementation team to ensure the test integrations flowing to/from Oracle Fusion ERP.- Support the integration testing to ensure data consistency and expected system behavior.- Oversee the testing of all ERP-related processes before User Acceptance Testing (UAT).5.
