Programme Executive
Description
The selected candidate will assist the Programme Manager/Chairperson in all activities related to the office including programme administration including academics, outreach programmes, admissions and well-being of programme participants. Some of the core responsibilities include: Coordinating with the instructors and students for the required assistance, organizing the exams and quizzes, tracking the leave records of the students, coordinating with other departments to ensure the hassle-free functioning of the programme, etc.Helping the PGPX office in its marketing/out-reach activities by encouraging good candidates to apply for the PGPX Programme from all over the World.Assisting the PGPX Office in its day-to-day administration related to academics and other activities as per requirement which may involve working on weekends if need be.Perform other related duties assigned by the Manager/Chairperson.Desired Candidate Profile Strong organisational and time management skills.Excellent communication skills, service orientation and process adherence ability and experience.Demonstrated ability to manage a complex workload, prioritize tasks and use logic and reasoning for completion of tasks to deadlines.Strong ability to build collaborative working relationships with a diverse audience of faculty, staff (inter and intra departments) and programme participants.Self-motivated with the confidence to work independently with academicians and support staff.Ability to travel, as required.Digital literacy, good working knowledge of MS Office tools.Qualifications & Experience: Graduation (full time) in management or any other discipline.Minimum 5 years Maximum 15 years of experience in suitable customer facing role and process exposure, especially from Banking & Financial services, Airlines, Retail, Hospitality and BPOs.Age: Minimum 30 years and Maximum 40 years Salary & Allowances: Selected candidate will be offered an appointment on a Tenure Based Scaled Contract for a fixed term of three years, which may be extended for a further period as required. Based on the experience and qualification, the selected candidate will be placed in Pay Level 4 as per IIMA Dubai Pay Matrix.
