Join to apply for the Project Manager - Digital Transformation role at Dubai Careers - A Smart Dubai Initiative.This position involves leading planning and execution of IT projects, monitoring progress, ensuring application and achievement of objectives from scope definition to evaluation, and ensuring efficient, high-quality implementation within approved budgets.Responsibilities and Duties Strategic Affairs Develop short- and medium-term operational plans and goals for digital transformation and AI projects, aligning them with departmental and organizational objectives.Establish policies and controls for digital transformation and AI project methodologies within the management.Financial Affairs Prepare budgets for digital transformation and AI projects based on standards, requirements, and approved budgets, obtaining necessary approvals, and monitoring execution to ensure optimal use in accordance with financial policies.Operational Responsibilities Assess needs to determine resources for digital transformation and AI projects, planning tools and mechanisms to develop and manage project plans within approved budgets at all stages.Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and ensure responsibilities are assigned and monitored.Develop plans to measure project outcomes, define KPIs for efficiency and effectiveness, and ensure alignment with the organization's strategic goals.Prepare and study RFPs and RFIs to solicit proposals from qualified vendors, overseeing during implementation.Participate in contract reviews, negotiations, and adjustments to ensure compliance with budgets and objectives.Identify key project phases, monitor execution, manage resources, document achievements, and prepare related reports.Manage communication with stakeholders, coordinate meetings, and update on project progress.Manage changes during project execution, coordinate with stakeholders, and ensure requirements and outcomes are met.Oversee testing and technical evaluation of project outputs, develop corrective plans if needed, and ensure objectives are achieved.Anticipate deviations, manage performance issues, and develop contingency plans to mitigate obstacles.Manage risks during project phases, implement corrective actions, and monitor their effectiveness.Adhere to information security policies and ensure confidentiality.Perform other tasks within the scope of the role.Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or equivalent.Preferred: Master's degree in Computer Science or Information Systems.Preferred: Certification in Project Management (PMI).Fluency in Arabic and English (spoken and written).Experience Requirements6-8 years of experience in information systems project management. #J-18808-Ljbffr
