Recruitment and Training Manager This role involves overseeing the recruitment and training functions within the organization, ensuring talent acquisition aligns with strategic goals, and developing effective training programs to enhance employee skills and performance.Responsibilities Recruitment Formulate and execute annual recruitment plans, manage the entire recruitment process, and optimize recruitment channels.Develop international recruitment and training channels, negotiate with suppliers, and handle contracts.Support subordinate departments with recruitment and training activities, including international HR support.Training Conduct training needs analysis, develop annual training plans, and oversee implementation.Maintain training databases, track training outcomes, and optimize training systems continuously.Qualifications Bachelor's degree or higher with 5+ years of HR recruitment and training experience, preferably in the petroleum industry.Proficiency in English; knowledge of Chinese and Arabic languages is a plus.Strong communication, business awareness, and comprehensive skills.Self-driven with a strong desire for success.Ability to work in a multinational environment.Additional Details Seniority Level: Mid-Senior level Employment Type: Full-time Industry: Oil and Gas #J-18808-Ljbffr
